The name WhiteHat is derived from the definition & inspiration of one who is driven to seek ways to prevent loss & ensure the security of your investment in your home/property. Our goal is to provide you a stream line experience with no stress of flora compatibility with soil, moisture, light, and chemistry conditions while appreciating the seasons gracefully changing in your landscape.
In summary… we really love what we do! Coming from over 10 years of maintenance, design, permitting, contracting, development, concrete & masonry labor WhiteHat’s heart is set on doing one thing, one one thing ONLY, landscape design & installation! Any good maintenance company can handle what is present, but it takes a seasoned Texan to develop proper soil blends according to various soil conditions, coordinate plants in reference to sun exposure & moisture available for each plant. WhiteHat prides itself in its 1 year replacement warranty for all plants installed. WhiteHat landscape team for development includes skillful masons, finishers, and roofers, framing/foundation teams that also work in partnership with our licensed irrigation, electrical, plumbing & engineering partners.
The design process can be a simple concept (free-landscape map on graph paper) or an extensive consultation involving multiple visits to suppliers, final project plans/maps/sketches/designs to be kept by client are subject to a $250 deposit towards development.
We take our time developing design concepts that captivate your vision, for the working and industrious client we provide rapid turnkey service.
WhiteHat is purely founded on personal love for horticulture & animals, you will often see the founders mini Aussie (Sweetheart) in photos while authenticating my work along with her son Blessing (born 2020) dating 2019 onwards. They will be often seen on job sites and estimates as they are a part of our daily life.
Our drive is to symbiotically intertwine nature delicately in your landscape so you may enjoy humming birds, butterflies, and other pollinators critical to our lifecycle on this planet.
The services WhiteHat currently provides are strictly landscape design & development, we have for a time being put to rest our maintenance services that have humbly built us due to labor shortages & surge in development demand. It‘s our drive, love, and passion to revive & growth the craftsmanship & art form of landscaping!

All plants come with a full 1 year warranty as long as irrigation systems are present & scheduled and any professional advice for placement, soils conditions, amendments, and installation is followed.
All construction/development work including concrete, masonry, outdoor kitchens, patios, pergolas, fire pits etc come with a 5 year warranty!
Service area
We travel the entire state of Texas for developments!
There is a $10,000 minimum for any work outside of DFW metroplex and surrounding counties. (Tarrant, Dallas, Denton) $2,500 for local.
